Hi there, I'm Adrianna!

I help people struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety that disrupts their everyday life. My interventions guide you to discover your resilience and lead your own recovery. I'm your co-pilot who provides a road map, but you maintain control of your treatment.

My focus

I work with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up. I specialize in veterans with long-term trauma from wartime service or deployments. I also address LGBTQ challenges, eating concerns, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and dual diagnoses. I'm comfortable tackling a wide array of issues.

My approach

I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Jungian Psychoanalytic Theory. For trauma, I start with mood regulation through Mindfulness, then use EMDR. I empower you through CBT to challenge distorted thinking and reframe how you view yourself, others, and the world.
