My approach

I work with individuals, families, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, crisis, self-esteem issues, trauma, abuse, and relationship concerns. My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered approaches, mindfulness, and behavior analysis.

My journey to mental healthcare

In my previous career, I was the VP of HR for a large corporation. I have always been interested in advocating for individuals through true empathy and an altruistic approach.
