My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong passion for helping others heal and find their strength. I've always been drawn to understanding how trauma and adversity impact our lives. This passion became my purpose—supporting others through life's most difficult moments with compassion, insight, and hope.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by first understanding what truly matters to them—then creating a personalized plan. We break down big goals into manageable steps using evidence-based techniques like EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive strategies. I provide encouragement, accountability, and space to reflect and grow.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. I'll ask about your history, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve—at your pace, with no pressure. Together, we'll build a foundation of trust and start outlining goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
