I work with clients with all sorts of struggles from chronic pain or depression to acute stressors or life changes.

My focus

I work with youths, adults, and older persons of all identities. I enjoy helping LGBTQIA individuals, Veterans, women, and everyone in between.

My approach

I find it helpful to approach therapy with a solution-focused lens but also work with my clients to determine how their thoughts are affecting their mood and behavior.

My communication style

I'm a very easygoing and optimistic person. I believe you will see that through working with me right away. There is very little pressure or stress to worry about.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted a career path that challenged me but also helped others find their way in times of stress, uncertainty, or chaos.

Goal setting should come from the client; however, I work with clients to ensure that they have an optimistic person on the other end, accounting for their achievements.
