I became a therapist because I enjoy connecting with people. I like assisting clients on their healing journey while focusing on solutions. I strive to find ways for my clients to find ways to empower themselves.

I approach goal setting by focusing on mini-goals. Additionally, I encourage my clients to focus on progress instead of results.

I believe that you are the expert of your experience, and I am here to help you with connecting the dots. I provide healthy coping skills and resources that you can practice outside of sessions.
