My communication style

At the end of the day, there is only ONE of you. YOU are the only one who lives your experience, so you get to decide what fits. There will be times that I encourage you to think more deeply, but it's always an invitation, never a demand.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had no intention of becoming a therapist when I started my program... I just wanted to check off a box on a to-do list. Once I joined my program, I was knocked down, humbled, and then set free by that journey of self-discovery. Now, I am driven to help others find their voices and get on a path that is in line with their ideal selves.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative approach that you and I will explore in session. Because you are the expert in your own life, there is no easy, cookie-cutter approach. Everyone has different goals and priorities in life, and that is OK!

Our first session

My hope for you is that after the 1st session, you will expect to feel a sense of direction, hope, and confidence that you have made the right decision and are prioritizing yourself. We will have explored the concerns you have and turned them into something more manageable, leaving you with a feeling of being heard, respected, and valued.
