I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, and stress using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy to help clients move forward and develop their well-being.
My focus
The clients I work best with include those diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and bipolar. I also have experience with clients diagnosed with BPD, PTSD, and those experiencing psychosis. I work with clients experiencing difficult symptoms to change harmful thought patterns, shift perspectives, identify values, and adjust behaviors.
My approach
My approach to therapy is client-driven. I believe clients should choose goals and the best way to achieve them. I provide non-judgmental support, ideas, skills, and education based on client needs. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy, but I am open to other modalities to best fit the client.
