Hi there, I'm Heather!

Do you often feel like you’re performing a version of yourself that everyone else expects, while secretly feeling exhausted, anxious, or hollow inside? Many adults who grew up managing their way through difficult childhoods find themselves stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or with a harsh critic in their head that never shuts up.

My focus

Using a trauma-informed lens, I incorporate Inner Child/Parts work and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to help you move from 'just surviving' to actually living. You don't have to keep carrying the weight of a childhood you didn't choose and that’s holding you back.

My approach

I specialize in helping Texans heal from childhood trauma and complex trauma. My work isn't about rehashing the past; it’s about understanding how those early experiences still show up in your current relationships and affect your self-worth. Together, we’ll set boundaries and silence that inner bully, so you finally feel safe in your own skin.
