Hi there, I'm Kathryn!

Hey y'all! I'm so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Kinesiology, and a Master’s in Education for Counseling—so it’s safe to say I’m passionate about both physical and mental well-being!

My focus

I typically work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I am most comfortable treating conditions such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulties with coping skills.

My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
