I am a compassionate listener with extensive experience guiding people to wholeness. I specialize in relationships, whether that is the relationship to yourself or others through marriage, polyamory, and dating. I am LGBTQAI and kink allied.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and polycules. Relationship anxiety, attachment, and trauma are my specialties. Many of my clients are seeking more meaning and intimate connection in their lives. The people who land in my office are usually introverts, empaths, and high achievers even if they don't know it yet.
My approach
With a Humanistic foundation, I provide space to be yourself without judgment. Most of my clients have a spiritual belief system or interest in spiritual discovery which makes our time together transpersonal. With years of yoga practice and teaching, I find mindfulness and self-awareness to be the core to healing.
