I work with individuals and couples dealing with infertility, perinatal mood disorders, postpartum depression, pregnancy loss, failed fertility treatments, and postpartum adjustment challenges.

I am dedicated to empowering women on their journey through infertility, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, also known as depression. With a wealth of experience in mental health and a deep understanding of the social and cultural factors impacting women's reproductive health, I provide compassionate and culturally competent therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been married for 15 years and blessed with two energetic and adventurous boys. I also struggled with fertility and pregnancy. I had my first child at the age of 36, and it took me 8 years. During those 10 years, I dealt with fibroids, failed IUIs, miscarriages, three rounds of IVF, and depression.
