Hi there, I'm Mark!
I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.
My focus
I work with adults, teens, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, faith transitions, LGBTQ-related concerns, relationship stress, and life changes. I help clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with themselves and others in healthier ways.
My approach
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I use a flexible, evidence-based approach including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, grief work, and motivational interviewing to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
