I love to meet my clients where they are at! Whether it's on the floor doing art or in the chairs talking, I am able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about helping my clients find relief from their symptoms and live more fulfilling lives.

I'm a laid-back therapist who puts my clients at ease. I create a comfortable environment where clients feel safe to share their deepest thoughts and feelings. I'm a good listener, and I'm comfortable with silence. I let my clients lead the sessions, and I follow their lead. I'm always respectful of my clients' confidentiality.
