Hi there, I'm Taylor!

Wondering if medication support is right for your mental health journey? I offer comprehensive assessment and medication education to figure out what your best options are, with ongoing consideration for your comfort and safety. And if you decide medication isn't for you right now? That's okay, too!

My focus

I'm a USAF veteran trained at the VA with a heavy background in trauma, emergency, and disaster medical response, so if you're holding on to trauma from anywhere, I've got you. For all clients, I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly, gender affirming, and believe in health at any size.

My approach

I use evidence-based approaches to figure out what your diagnoses are, with heavy emphasis on collaboration between you and me to make sure we're on the right path. I focus on teaching so you really understand what the medications are doing. My goal is to manage the lowest doses and fewest medications possible for symptom improvement!
