I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something troublesome, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into psychiatry began with a curiosity about what core issues may be contributing to mental health problems and a desire to help my patients find strength through their life’s challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

My goals for you

I see this as teamwork. We’ll set goals that are important to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you progress and gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

We spend your first session getting to know one another and discussing what has prompted you to seeking care. It’s normal to feel nervous—psychiatric care is a process that we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
