I work with adults, teens, and young adults, and I have a strong focus on supporting LGBTQ+ clients. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, career stress, substance use concerns, grief, or important life transitions. I also enjoy working with clients who want to explore spirituality as part of their healing journey.
