I work in a setting that's safe, private, and confidential. While I'm structured in session, I'm down-to-earth and laid back. My priority is making sure you feel safe, secure, and able to trust me completely.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always wanted to help others, and my own experiences with disordered eating, addiction, insomnia, grief, and anxiety have shown me that therapy truly works when you're comfortable and genuine. Drawing on both my personal recovery and professional perspective fuels my passion as a therapist.

Our first session

During our first session, I gather background information and clarify why you're seeking counseling and what your goals are. I share information about myself, my experience, and my practice. My biggest focus is building a genuine therapeutic rapport between us.
