My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to mental health because support wasn't always available around me. I became a counselor to support those who have experienced trauma, addiction, and adverse life experiences. Every client deserves to live fully, not bound by their mental health.

My goals for you

Goal setting isn't one-size-fits-all. You'll help create your own goals in session because they're for you, not for me. Your goals will motivate and support you as we work together toward the changes you want to see.

Our first session

In our first session, I want you to feel comfortable expressing why you've sought therapy and what you're looking for. We'll discuss your goals for treatment together. You should feel free to speak openly and determine if I'm the right fit for you.
