My journey to mental healthcare

My road to becoming a therapist was marked by a unique blend of life experience and personal challenges. While serving in the Air Force, I was exposed to the importance of maintaining mental well-being in high-stress environments. I recognized this gap in mental health care, particularly for veterans like myself.

I take a collaborative approach to goal setting. You are the one who decides what your therapeutic goals are and I am here to help you achieve them.

Our first session

First session tends to be a lot of information gathering. As you are telling me the background and basics, I want you to ask yourself if, this is someone I can work with, do we vibe well, can I trust her, and is she understanding of what I am trying to say, because therapy is hard, and it is even harder if those answers are hard NOs.
