I work with adults in all stages of life to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

I have experience working with diverse clients ages eighteen and older who are navigating anything from major life transitions to day-to-day challenges. I am passionate about working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.

My approach

My approach varies based on each client's needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a trauma-informed lens. I believe in a client-centered, strengths-based approach that empowers clients to take an active role in healing and fosters resilience.
