My journey into mental healthcare was driven by a deep desire to help others navigate the challenges of mental health with compassion and understanding. I was drawn to the human side of medicine—the ability to truly listen, connect, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

I take a collaborative approach to goal setting, working closely with you to define realistic, meaningful objectives based on your unique needs and lifestyle. Together, we identify both short-term and long-term goals, whether that means improving daily functioning, reducing symptoms, or enhancing overall well-being.

Our first session

During the first session, I focus on getting to know you and understanding your experiences, concerns, and goals. We'll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, past treatments, and medications you've tried. By the end, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan.
