My focus
I work with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families experiencing depression, ADHD, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. I use a multi-faceted approach because each client is unique, focusing primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy modalities.
