Hi there, I'm Amelia!

I am a Virginia-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps women reconnect with their inner strength, heal from emotional wounds, and release the various pressures of life. My work centers on guiding you back to your truth, rooted in peace, clarity, and confidence.

My focus

I typically work with adult women 18 years of age and up. These are strong and courageous women who have suffered trauma or are going through a challenging life transition and need a safe place to process and determine next steps or rediscover themselves.

My approach

I work with women who carry emotional burdens and struggle to prioritize their mental health. If you are navigating family, work, financial strain, and relationship distress, therapy can be beneficial in finding ways to manage symptoms. It is my goal with every session to leave you feeling more empowered and in tune with your inner voice.
