Becoming a parent can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life—but it can also be one of the most overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or not like yourself, you're not alone. You don't have to navigate these challenges by yourself.
My focus
I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the many emotional adjustments that come with growing a family.
My approach
Evidence-based approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Strengths-Based practices. For traum related to birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, I use EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and CBT-I.
