Hi there, I'm Nicole!

It has been my honor to walk life's journey with others, and I strive to empower others to meet the goals they set for themselves within that life journey.

My focus

I am currently focused on the adult population, with extensive experience working with populations of 18-25. I have a depth of experience in trauma therapy, anxiety management, depression management, grief work, relational ruptures, and overall emotional regulation.

My approach

I utilize a person-centered approach and am EMDR trained. I utilize techniques connected to evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. I strive to do all of this work from a culturally competent and inclusive place.

My communication style

I strive to create a space that is warm, authentic, transparent, and empowering, and utilizes both applicable daily skill-building and resilience strategies as well as connects to deeper meaning and connection.

I firmly believe that every voice deserves to be heard and everyone to be understood. I view my position as one similar to a co-pilot of life, allowing myself to journey with you, occasionally providing some support and guidance, but ultimately sharing the adventure and empowering you as you choose how to both embrace and lead your path.
