My communication style builds trust and makes clients feel valued, allowing them to openly explore their thoughts and emotions. I acknowledge feelings while being straightforward and honest to help clients gain insight. I encourage self-awareness and help clients see situations from new perspectives.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was driven by a deep desire to help people. I was drawn to understanding the whys in life—why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. I longed for someone to listen without judgment. This experience fueled my passion for providing the kind of support I never had.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by first listening to my client's concerns and working with them to identify attainable solutions and pathways for positive change. Together, we establish goals that reflect what they want to achieve. Throughout the process, we regularly review and adjust these goals, ensuring they remain relevant and realistic.

Our first session

During the first session, we will focus on the present moment. I will want to understand what brought you to therapy, what made you consider this step, and what you hope to achieve. This session is about building rapport and creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. You'll come to realize that you are not alone.
