My focus
My focus is on supporting adults who are experiencing depression, struggling with self-esteem issues, difficulty maintaining healthy personal boundaries, and/or navigating the lasting effects of childhood emotional wounds and the challenges that can arise from growing up in dysfunctional environments.
My approach
I have nine years of experience in the mental health field with a history of working with survivors of intimate partner violence, and individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), providing crisis intervention, and practicing within inpatient behavioral health settings.
