My practice focuses on creating a safe space where young people can work through difficult behaviors and emotions and step into their potential. I support them through a wide range of challenges—from anxiety and depression to ADHD and trauma. I welcome you to reach out, and let's explore how we can start that process.
My focus
I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults. I find that many young people are simply misunderstood and need help in communicating their thoughts, emotions, and needs. In using CBT strategies, I support clients with anxiety and depression. And by using EMDR, I focus on issues that have left a deep hurt, such as grief or trauma.
My approach
I like to use a combination of therapy modalities to support clients. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Play Therapy. By using a variety of strategies, I work to individualize therapy for each client by finding the interventions that help them the most.
