My passion is helping people become and maintain their best selves. I create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all clients. As a counselor, I work from a person-centered approach, partnering with you to meet you where you are, leverage your strengths, and identify areas of growth and resilience.

I am fluid in working with a variety of conditions and diagnoses. Some of the conditions that I typically treat include Anxiety, depression, Trauma, Postpartum, perinatal, men's issues, Anger management, PTSD, and dissociative disorders.

My approach to providing therapy includes, but is not limited to: CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered, mindfulness, solution-focused, and narrative.

In our sessions. I aim to create a healthy rapport with clients, free of bias and judgment. During this journey, I will encourage you to be open, honest, and passionate in order to explore your true self. I welcome your experiences and the story your life has to tell. My journey to mental healthcare

I truly believe this field chose me. I originally wanted to be an attorney, but I started working in the mental health field and realized that I loved helping others navigate through their problems.
