Hi there, I'm Elaine!

I have a very empathic style and have treated people with various issues in different stages of their lives. I feel that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and together we could work on the issues that you feel are holding you back from having the life that you want to be living.

My focus

I work with clients ages 14 and up, and I have a lot of experience working through many various obstacles, such as depression, anxiety, grief, and substance abuse/addictions.

My approach

I am very client-centered in my approach and utilize different styles of therapy, such as CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and strengths perspective, to name a few.
