My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field after needing healing in my own life. My own participation in therapy, and recognition of its power and purpose, motivated me early in life to pay it forward and help others live lives that feel worth living.

My goals for you

Clients bring goals into sessions and co-create a meaningful and measurable treatment plan with me, so they can be fully in-the-know about the direction for treatment, and we can evaluate progress periodically. I utilize evidence-based treatment interventions from multiple modalities wherever possible to help clients best meet their goals.

Our first session

In the first session, I typically begin by reviewing my credentials and my educational and vocational experience, highlighting important parts of my journey as a therapist, how I have been guided to specialize in trauma, and how I continue to refine my practice as a licensed professional.
