A professor once told me I had a skill for this work, and that encouragement led me to dive into the field. The hope I see instilled in each client is what continues to drive me to do this work every day.

My goals for you

I help you set measurable and attainable goals, starting with smaller steps instead of trying to climb the whole staircase at once. This approach makes progress feel manageable and sustainable.

Our first session

We'll build rapport to see if we're a good match, discuss your concerns and what you like or dislike about counseling, and explore goals we might work toward together. This is a journey that takes both of us to support your growth.
