My journey to mental healthcare

Diera's path to becoming a mental health provider is rooted in her passion for helping others and her commitment to service. She began her academic journey with an Associate’s degree in Health Sciences from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University.

My goals for you

Diera takes a collaborative and structured approach to helping clients set and achieve their treatment goals. She begins by creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges, values, and aspirations.

During your first session with Diera, the focus is on getting to know you and understanding your unique needs, experiences, and goals. She takes time to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your concerns and what brought you to therapy.
