As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP), I am passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate mental health challenges. With an M.S. in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to my practice.

My therapeutic approach combines person-centered methods with evidence-based interventions to create a supportive and effective environment for growth and healing. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.

I specialize in working with adolescents and teens experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, sexual orientation issues, poor coping skills, job stress, impulsivity, stress, and teen violence. My goal is to empower young people to overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people facing adversity. Driven by this passion, I pursued my M.S. in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University, where I gained the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective, compassionate care.
