We’ll start by identifying what’s bringing you in, what you want to change, and what’s been getting in the way, then we’ll create clear goals and a practical plan. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and I can also integrate Christian faith into sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a provider because I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their full potential and seeing their progress in real time. Over time, I knew I wanted to do work that combines compassion with practical tools, supporting clients as they heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.
