My communication style is casual to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore your emotions and goals. I aim to create a judgment-free space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to being a therapist through my own counseling experience. I truly enjoy learning more about myself each day with every interaction. I find joy in facilitating others' exploration and achieving their true potential. The journey from current and past traumas is difficult, but you do not have to do it alone.

My goals for you

Goal setting is an important part of the therapeutic process. Individuals need to be supported in prioritizing their goals to achieve success. The process needs to include setting achievable goals with realistic timeframes. An important part of setting goals is to utilize them to reflect on as progress is made.

Our first session

During our first session, I'll ask what brought you to counseling at this time. You can share as much as you're comfortable with. We'll identify any immediate concerns and, if appropriate, I'll suggest techniques to address them.
