My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist found me. Through a roundabout way, in another position, I was asked to jump into a college counselor role briefly, and the counseling piece really stood out to me.

My goals for you

I believe you need to be involved in setting your own goals so they feel personal and attainable. My role is to support you in identifying what matters most and help you work toward those goals at your own pace.

Our first session

Our first session will be an intake where I ask background and screening questions to learn about you, what you hope to accomplish in therapy, and how I can best support you in getting there.
