My goal is to help you feel comfortable. I create a safe, laid-back environment to discuss whatever is on your mind. You will feel safe, listened to, and accepted.

My journey to mental healthcare

I went to a therapist as a teenager and I felt listened to, understood, and accepted. I wanted to give that gift to others and it has become my passion and life's work ever since!

We will come up with reachable, manageable goals together within our first few sessions.

Our first session

The first session is setting the foundation for our work together. It will be a laid-back discussion of what brings you to therapy, some family history, and areas you'd like to address during our time together.
