My communication style is direct, honest, and grounded in care. I practice “care-frontation,” meaning I will challenge you when needed while still prioritizing your safety and growth. I create a space that is supportive, real, and focused on accountability, clarity, and meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in how identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape mental health. My journey spans crisis, community, and outpatient care, which showed me the need for spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and supported in meaningful change.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to identify clear, meaningful goals and break them into actionable steps. Using evidence-based approaches, reflection, and accountability, I help clients build skills, process barriers, and track progress while adjusting the plan as needed to support sustainable change.

Our first session

The first session is a structured but relaxed conversation. We review your history, current concerns, and what brought you in, then begin identifying goals. I’ll ask direct questions, set expectations, and make sure you feel clear on next steps while creating a space that feels safe and real.
