I seek to create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. We will identify real-life strategies to support your daily experiences while also exploring the underlying sources of your struggles and challenging patterns that may be inhibiting your success.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I entered undergraduate school, my focus was pre-medicine with a goal for Medicine/Surgery. I quickly realized that while I could learn to heal a physical part of a person, that didn't address underlying unmet emotional needs. Therapy helps us heal and become our best selves. Helping others to heal drives me to support the next person.

My goals for you

Goal setting should be a collaborative conversation based on both the client's desires and diagnostic needs. Goals also need to be able to adjust throughout the treatment process.

Our first session

The first few sessions are focused on building the therapeutic relationship, helping you to feel comfortable, and establishing goals. Treatment will focus on resolving your immediate concerns while developing long-term resiliency skills and addressing underlying factors that contribute to overall health.
