My journey to mental healthcare

My path to counseling began with military service and evolved through decades of addiction treatment work. I've learned that real change requires both compassion and accountability, and I bring that balance to every session.

My goals for you

We'll work together to identify your goals and create a clear plan. I'll assign homework between sessions to keep momentum going. Progress happens when we both commit fully to the work, and I'll hold us both accountable to that standard.

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll explain my approach and answer your questions. We'll start building a collaborative relationship where honesty and effort drive real change.
