My focus

I work with older adolescents, adults, and couples. I primarily support women and men, first responders, emergency professionals, teachers, clergy, and other helping professionals.

My approach

I take a solution-focused, research-oriented approach that digs deep to facilitate healing from the inside, not just symptom relief. I create an environment filled with trust, humility, and freedom from judgment to explore emotions and vulnerabilities below the surface.
