I offer a safe space where you can be authentically yourself without judgment. If you're experiencing distress over current struggles or the long-term effects of past trauma, my virtual door is open. I assist you in processing emotions from loss, trauma, relationship issues, lack of confidence, or feelings of isolation and loneliness.
My focus
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, and feelings of isolation. I enjoy working with couples to develop healthy communication and with families using practices that focus on nonjudgmental acceptance of each member in their uniqueness.
My approach
I believe therapy is a partnership where we each contribute to healing and growth. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, giving you tools to feel more in control. I also use EMDR, mindfulness therapies, and relaxation techniques for symptom management.
