My life's work has been to educate and enhance the lives of children, with emphasis on special needs students. I enjoy helping children and youth get the best of a well-rounded experience. This has been my focus and goal, which has been extremely rewarding for me.

We will work on setting goals to help learn how to push back against negative thoughts and behaviors. We will set long-term and short-term goals and discuss how to accomplish these objectives. With CBT, we will look at emotions and how they can affect our thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
