I specialize in supporting late teens, adults, and older clients facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, trauma, grief, and low self-esteem. I offer guidance tailored to the unique needs of individuals navigating these issues.

I focus on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and beliefs to improve emotional regulation and behavior. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotional behavior therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to help you develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.
