I value the role that attachment needs play and use here-and-now approaches to help you gain insight into how these dynamics impact your relationships.

My focus

I work with folks navigating complex trauma, generational wounds, substance use, eating disorders, attachment ruptures, and neurodivergence. In therapy, I focus on what's happening in the moment and how past experiences shape the present.

My approach

I integrate Gestalt, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy in trauma work. I support you in widening your window of tolerance to hold stories from the past while staying present. In this way, you can create meaning from life experiences without being swallowed by history. I also bring in parts work, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic interventions.
