I meet you where you are, focusing on what's happening in your life and relationships right now while exploring how your past shapes your present. I create a supportive, gender-affirming space where we can dig deep together. I love empowering clients to set higher expectations, build self-esteem, and boost confidence.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe everyone has a unique story and needs a place to talk openly without judgment. My journey was shaped by work with children and families in teaching, developmental therapy, and infant mental health consulting. As a mother in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, I bring empathy and empowerment to my practice.
