Hi there, I'm John!

Do you find yourself repeating the same behaviors from the past, making it difficult to imagine a different future? I care about your well-being and will guide you every step of the way. EMDR can help with many issues including PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, religious abuse, shame, guilt, and pain management.

My focus

I help clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My approach

I use a blend of brain and body-based therapies. My primary modality is EMDR, based on the Adaptive Information Processing model. EMDR helps the brain process old, stuck memories and trauma, allowing you to develop new attitudes towards life's most complex matters.
