For 15 years, I have been helping people carrying all these things.
My focus
I treat clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, Neurodivergence-Affirming, LGBTQIA+ Ally, PTSD, OCD and a lot in between.
My approach
I don't use just one approach because people aren't one-size-fits-all. Depending on what you're dealing with and what works for you, I draw from EMDR, CBT, somatic techniques, ACT, IFS, narrative therapy, strength-based therapy, and trauma-informed CBT, among others. I also use somatic work and integrative practices with clients.
