Do you feel overwhelmed? Constantly replaying trauma or life experiences? I work with clients across the lifespan and tailor your care to your needs. Not every person is the same, so we will work together to find the best therapeutic intervention for you.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to address negative and unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I also may interweave mindfulness techniques to assist with anxious thoughts. If we are addressing trauma, I use various therapies such as cognitive processing therapy and EMDR to reduce symptoms that are impairing your daily life.
